The largest suite at Panza Verde, originally designed as the owner's private apartment. Soundproof floor-to-ceiling wooden windows frame Volcán Agua, green at dawn, nearly violet at dusk. RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservation Confirmation: To hold a room we require a valid credit card. Upon checkout, payment can be made by credit card or cash. We reserve the right to request prepayment of the full amount fourteen days in advance during certain holidays or busy weekends.
Room Availability: The availability of some rooms may be subject to change at any time without notice. Please note that live music plays in La Cueva Wednesday through Saturday 7–9pm, which may be audible in certain rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who cancel prior to 5 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged the full cost of stay. During high season, 14 days notice is required. During peak season (Semana Santa and Christmas/New Year), 30 days notice is required. In both cases, cancellations made within the required notice period will be charged the full cost of stay. Special circumstances will be considered.
