Shoshana Sherman

Shoshana has practiced Yoga since the age of five, and has been teaching Yoga regularly for three years.


She is dedicated to helping all her clients and students find their own yoga practice, full of self-love, while also fostering a loving and accepting mindful community for all to be a part of.


A registered instructor with Yoga Alliance and specializes in:






and Pre-Natal Yoga.


Shoshana is from the United States and currently resides in Antigua, Guatemala where she works with multiple retreat and wellness centers. 



Giulia found in the practice of Yoga a path towards self-consciousness, inner peace and personal growth. After practicing contemporary dance (Butoh, Danza Sensibile, Contact Improvisation) and meditation for 7 years in Italy, she approached yoga practice in 2011 in search for a deep connection with the physical and spiritual life she embodied. She’s been practicing and studying in Guatemala, Mexico and the US.

Sharing the teachings of Yoga for 8 years Giulia has been trained to teach Prenatal Yoga (YTT100, Namaste Yoga and Pilates, Mexico), Postnatal Yoga (Luisa Bagan Renau, Mexico), Vinyasa Yoga (YTT-200, Breath Body Earth Yoga School, Guatemala), Classical Restorative Yoga (Onanchi Ureña, Guatemala) and Advanced Yoga Studies (YTT-300, Mount Madonna Institute, USA).

Her classes invite to an inner journey of self-awareness through the practice of asana (postures), meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques). They focus on the search for a balance between sthira and sukha, effort and ease, strength and comfort, stability and relaxation.
